Access Arrangement Fee and Evidence Submission
If you require extra time, you must select the access arrangement option during the online application process. This will notify our Exams Officer that you wish to request access arrangements.
The £50 payment made during the application process covers one subject only and acts as your initial access arrangement request for that subject.
Payment for an access arrangement request does not automatically confirm extra time. Extra time can only be applied for once suitable evidence has been provided, reviewed and accepted.
When our Exams Officer emails your Statement of Entry (SOE) in October (For November exams) or January for Summer exams, you must reply by email with all evidence required to support your extra time request (if you havnt already uploaded at the application stage)
Once we have received the evidence, we will review it and, where appropriate, submit an application to the relevant examination board. The final decision rests with the examination board, and approval is not guaranteed.
If extra time is approved for more than one subject, we will charge £50 per subject. We will email you with the total amount due and our bank transfer details.
Please ensure evidence is sent promptly when requested. If evidence is not supplied in time, we may not be able to apply for extra time for your exams.
