Use the tables below to check the entry deadline and the dates from which late, amendment and high-late fees apply for each qualification and exam series.

Late-entry charges — subject to availability. If the subject is available to purchase, you may submit the entry. After purchase, the Exams Administration Team will contact you to complete the additional payment: £110 after the first deadline date or £220 after the second deadline date.

Cancellation information
All cancellation instructions, administration fees, refund terms and contact details are grouped below. The date the written request is received determines which terms apply.
How timing affects your refund
Administration fees are charged per subject. Entries cancelled after the relevant cut-off points are not eligible for a refund.
Before the entry deadline
Cancellations received before the entry deadline will receive a full refund, less the administration fee per subject.
£50 administration fee per subjectAfter the first late-fee deadline
Entries made before the entry deadline but withdrawn after the first late-fee deadline will receive a refund, less the administration fee.
£100 administration fee per subjectAfter the high-late-fee date
Cancellations received after the high-late-fee date are not eligible for a refund. Including those who entered after the first deadline date
No refundIf an exam entry was made after the entry deadline and the candidate later withdraws, no refund will be issued.
Once the high-late-fee date has passed, exam fees are non-refundable.
