Exam support for partners and LEAs
We work with tutors, learning providers, schools, alternative-provision services and Local Authorities that need a reliable examination route for learners. Discounted or tailored fee arrangements may be available for approved referrals, groups and ongoing partnerships. Please contact us so that we can understand your requirements and confirm what we can offer.
Flexible support for different referral routes
We can discuss one-off referrals, small groups and ongoing working arrangements. The service offered will depend on the learners, qualifications, examination series and available centre capacity.
Tutors and Learning Partners
We can work with tutors, tuition organisations, online learning providers, alternative-provision services and other education organisations whose learners require an examination centre.
- Preferential or discounted arrangements may be available.
- Support may be agreed for individual learners or groups.
- We can discuss a clear referral and booking process.
- Multiple qualifications or exam series may be considered.
- Our team can help identify information needed for entry.
Local Authorities and LEAs
We welcome enquiries from Local Authorities supporting learners outside mainstream education, including learners who are home educated, displaced, unable to attend school or receiving education through an alternative arrangement.
- Tailored solutions may be discussed for individual cases.
- Cohort arrangements may be considered where appropriate.
- We can work with nominated Local Authority staff.
- Quotations can reflect the agreed referral requirements.
- We aim to keep the process clear and cost-conscious.
A practical examination route for your learners
Our role is to support the examination process while keeping responsibilities, deadlines and communication clear for the referring organisation and the candidate.
Discount discussions
Partner or cohort discounts may be available. Any discount will be agreed directly and will depend on the service, candidate numbers, examination requirements and timing.
Individual referrals
We can discuss support for a single learner where a tutor, school, provider or Local Authority needs an external examination-centre solution.
Group coordination
Where capacity allows, we can discuss coordinated entry arrangements for multiple learners or a planned cohort.
Clear entry checks
Candidate details, awarding body, specification, tier, option and examination series must be checked before an entry can be confirmed.
Access-arrangement review
Available access arrangements may be considered where suitable evidence is supplied in time. Approval and centre capacity are separate requirements.
Ongoing communication
We can agree who will provide candidate information, who will receive updates and how queries should be managed throughout the examination process.
Contact us for a tailored quotation
We do not publish partner or Local Authority prices on this page because the appropriate arrangement depends on the circumstances of the referral. We will review the information supplied and confirm the applicable charges, any available discount and the booking process in writing.
- Discounts may be available for agreed partners or cohorts.
- Prices can vary by qualification, board and exam series.
- Additional requirements may affect the quotation.
- Early contact may provide more options and better availability.
- No arrangement is confirmed until agreed in writing.
From enquiry to confirmed arrangement
Contact us before making assumptions about availability or cost. We will review the request and explain the next steps.
Send an initial enquiry
Tell us whether you are a tutor, learning provider, school, alternative-provision service or Local Authority and give a brief outline of the support required.
Provide the details
Supply the candidate numbers, qualifications, exam boards, specifications, preferred series and any additional requirements that may affect delivery.
We check availability
We review centre capacity, deadlines, awarding-body requirements and whether the requested service can be supported.
Receive written terms
Where we can assist, we will confirm the quotation, any applicable discount, responsibilities, deadlines and booking process.
Gather as much information as possible
Accurate information helps us assess the request, check availability and prepare an appropriate response. It is acceptable to contact us before every detail is known, but the arrangement cannot be confirmed until the required information has been received and checked.
Information we may request
Please plan early and wait for confirmation
A discussion, quotation or previous working arrangement does not automatically reserve future examination places.
Availability must be checked
Capacity can vary by date, subject, exam series and the support required. Places are only secured after the agreed process has been completed and confirmation has been issued.
Deadlines still apply
Partner or Local Authority status does not remove awarding-body entry deadlines. Late requests may attract different charges or may not be possible to accommodate.
Discounts are not automatic
Any preferential rate must be agreed in advance. Discounts may vary and may not apply to every service, additional requirement, late charge or separate administration cost.
Requirements must be accurate
The referring organisation and candidate must ensure that the correct qualification, board, specification, tier and option are supplied before the entry is processed.
Discuss a partner or Local Authority arrangement
Please email us with a brief outline of your organisation, the number of learners, the qualifications required and the preferred examination series. We will review the request and explain whether we can assist, what information is still needed and whether a discounted or tailored arrangement may be available.
All partner, cohort and Local Authority services are subject to availability, centre capacity, examination-board requirements, entry deadlines and written confirmation. Intuition Exam Centres may amend or withdraw a proposed arrangement before it has been formally accepted and confirmed.
